(Infocast News) YINCHENG INTL (01902) announced that, for September 2024, the aggregated contracted sales of the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, amounted to approximately RMB187.0 million, the contracted gross floor area amounted to approximately 8,828 square meters and the average contracted selling price amounted to approximately RMB21,185 per square meter.

From January to September 2024, the aggregated contracted sales of the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, amounted to approximately RMB2,340.9 million, the aggregated contracted gross floor area amounted to approximately 137,206 square meters and the average contracted selling price amounted to approximately RMB17,061 per square meter.
