(Infocast News) CGN NEW ENERGY (01811) announced that, according to the preliminary statistics of the Company, the power generation of the Company and its subsidiaries on a consolidated basis amounted to 1,593.9GWh for the month of September 2024, representing an increase of 30.9% compared with the corresponding period of 2023. In particular, power generation of PRC wind projects increased by 50.2%, power generation of PRC solar projects increased by 25.6%, power generation of PRC cogen and gas-fired projects decreased by 5.9%, power generation of PRC hydro projects increased by 19.9% and power generation of Korea projects increased by 10.4%. For the nine months ended 30 September 2024, the accumulated power generation of the Group amounted to 14,652.8GWh, representing an increase of 1.4% compared with the corresponding period of 2023. In particular, power generation of PRC wind projects decreased by 0.1%, power generation of PRC solar projects increased by 26.4%, power generation of PRC cogen and gas-fired projects increased by 12.3%, power generation of PRC hydro projects increased by 22.3% and power generation of Korea projects decreased by 4.3%.
