(Infocast News) VIVA GOODS (00933) is moving to privatize BOSSINI INT'L (00592) through a scheme of arrangement, where Bossini shareholders will receive one Viva share for every five Bossini shares canceled.

This transaction will also involve the withdrawal of Bossini shares from the stock exchange and the issuance of new shares by Viva as compensation. The plan includes a conditional offer to Bossini’s option holders, as current option prices exceed the scheme’s share value.

Trading of VIVA GOODS and BOSSINI INT'L has been resumed. (WL)
