From 1 January 2024 to 30 September 2024, the accumulated contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB24.14 billion; accumulated contracted sales GFA amounted to approximately 2,001,100 sq.m.; accumulated contracted average selling price was approximately RMB12,100/sq.m. (WL)
