DALIPAL HLDG (01921) announced that the Company signed a letter of intent with King Salman Energy Park (SPARK), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) on 5 November 2024. The two parties will sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) regarding the Company’s establishment of a production facility in SPARK. (WL)
